Once a week, the inside of kitchen drawers and cabinets is cleaned.

On Thursdays, the refrigerator is cleaned inside – old food and expired products must be disposed of.

The evening staff (18:00–22:00) performs general cleaning, and if employees are present in the office, the cleaning is done once the office is vacated, so as not to disturb.

Cleaning includes emptying bins, cleaning restrooms, cleaning desks, kitchenette, sweeping, and cleaning glass surfaces (not windows). Once a week, thorough cleaning is carried out, including dusting and washing.

Prices do not include VAT and do not include municipal tax.

Municipal tax is calculated according to industry rates – 1,656 NIS for a 100 sqm property.

For vehicles with a parking permit, there is a municipal agreement offering a monthly parking pass at a rate of 300 NIS.

For all other vehicles, a large parking lot adjacent to the complex is available, with payment via blue-and-white meters or Pango.
